Free branded GLP-1 handouts for dietitians

The short answerThree client handouts for people taking semaglutide or tirzepatide, each two Letter pages with numbered sources: eating well on a GLP-1, what to eat when the medicine upsets the stomach, and a protein grocery list with portions. You add your practice name, name and credentials, phone, website, logo and a brand color, write a short note to the client, and download the PDF. The preview and the PDF are made in your browser. The handout text is a draft until a registered dietitian has reviewed it.

A client handout is a small job that eats an evening: find the sources, lay it out, put your logo on it, fix the margins. This tool does the layout and the sources, and you add your name. Pick a handout, fill in your practice, check the preview, and download the PDF.

Which handouts are here?

Three, all for people taking semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro). Each is two Letter pages.

Every claim has a number, and the numbers match the sources printed on page 2.

What do I add?

Your practice name, your name and credentials, phone and website, a logo and a brand color. The logo can be a PNG or an SVG up to 1 MB. The color has five ready choices or any hex value, and the tool warns you when a color is too light to read on the paper and offers the closest readable shade. There is also a short handwritten-style note to the client. Don't put a client's name or any health detail in it.

What happens to what I type?

The preview is built in your browser, and so is the PDF. The browser also remembers your brand on this device, so the second handout takes a minute. When you press Download PDF we ask for your email and, with the box ticked, save your brand with it for 12 months, so your next handout and a Duo account, if you ever open one, start with your brand already in place. There is a second, optional box for Javier's newsletter for dietitians. If the save fails, the PDF still downloads.

How do I get the PDF?

The Download PDF button saves a Letter-size PDF straight to your device. Nothing opens in a print window.

What goes with a handout?

A handout teaches. The billing side of the same visit has its own tools: the CPT code finder for the code and units, the insurance code sheet by payer, a superbill template and an MNT referral form. All the free tools are on the tools page, and the billing guide walks through the whole claim.

Frequently asked questions

Are these handouts reviewed by a dietitian?

Not yet. The text is a draft built from the sources printed on each handout, and it is waiting for review by a registered dietitian. The footer says Reviewed by with a line for your name, because the dietitian who hands it out is the one who reviews it. Read it before a client sees it.

What do you save when I download?

Your email, and with the box ticked, the brand you entered: practice name, name and credentials, phone, website, logo and color, plus which handout you chose. We keep them for 12 months unless you open a Duo account, so the next handout and an account are ready with your brand. We never ask for client or patient information, and the note you write to the client is never saved. Reply to any email from us to have it deleted.

Can I change the wording of the handout?

Not in this version. You can change the brand and the note to the client. Wording is fixed so every claim keeps its numbered source.
