The short answerLouisiana Blue's provider manual accepts 97802, 97803, G0270 and G0271 on dietitian claims, paid to the registered dietitian on a CMS-1500. Non-diabetes counseling has no visit limit but may have a dollar maximum per benefit period. The manual says billing rules do not confirm coverage.
