Premera Blue Cross MNT coverage: codes
The short answerPremera's public Preventive Care guideline lists 97802, 97803, G0270 and G0271 as ACA preventive codes for obesity and cardiovascular diet counseling, paid with no member cost share in network. We did not find a separate public MNT policy for treating existing conditions.
