The short answerApple Health limits psychological testing (96130, 96131, 96136 to 96139, 96146) to 12 units per client per lifetime without prior authorization, and neuropsychological testing (96132, 96133 and the same add-ons) to 15 units. Neuropsychological testing requires a Washington licensed psychologist or clinical neuropsychologist.
