The short answerUnitedHealthcare lists 97802, 97803, G0270 and G0271 on five preventive rows (prediabetes, healthy diet, adult weight loss, children with a high BMI and healthy weight gain in pregnancy), each with its own diagnosis list, and Z71.3 is not on those lists. S9470 is replaced by 97802 or 97803. Telehealth takes POS 02 or 10 with live audio and video; modifiers are informational.
